Knightsbridge PME Ltd are the manufacturers of PME and JEM products and have training schools in the UK, USA and South Africa.

Our Flagship School in Enfield, is one of the largest independent cake decorating schools in the UK and regularly attracts students from all around the world. Our team of highly talented teachers include International authors, contributors to magazines and gold medal award winners. Our school programs offers a wide variety of cake decoration skills and techniques, providing courses for beginners, enthusiasts and the professional cake decorator.

Our large air conditioned classrooms ensure that students have plenty of comfortable working space in a bright open plan environment. Each classroom is fitted with at least one large tv screen and a video camera to ensure that all students get a good view. Our schools in the UK, USA and South Africa are also International Teacher Training Seminar for the PME Professional Diploma Courses.

At Enfield, UK our on site car park provides plenty of space and is able to accommodate both coaches and cars. 

Our schools are in the same locations as our retail showrooms/stores and all locations are within easy reach of transport networks. In Enfield, UK we are approximately a 15 minute walk from Brimsdown Train Station and within easy reach of London's Stansted, City and Heathrow Airports. In Aurora, Chicago there is plenty of parking in the car park behind the retail store with the nearest airport being O'Hare, Chicago. In South Africa we have secure car parking and the nearest airport is Durban.
